My experience over the years has taught me that change is always possible and that people are extraordinarily resilient.

Compassion paired with years of providing psychotherapy rehabilitations at https://www.rehabilitationcentre.co.uk/,  helps me to help you achieve goals, reduce symptoms, improve relationships and gain balance in your life. I will work collaboratively with you.

Private practice has been my work setting for many years although I have also had the opportunity to work in an agency setting as well as an at-risk youth program. I received my graduate degree from Benedictine University, in Lisle, Illinois. Benedictine, coupled with my addictions certification and active professional organization membership provides me with a strong foundation in both knowledge and skills.

I am committed to life-long growth as a professional through continuing education in tools such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT). Guiding clients through difficult emotions and difficult situations is a source of great fulfillment for me. Cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic approaches assist me in helping people gain a better understanding of their past and how it affects the present.

Whomever you choose, please do not suffer in silence.
